About the project
4 upmarket and modern condominiums have been built side by side in a privileged university-town environment, 300 metres from the Medical University of Pécs, in which the apartments have been sold almost exclusively as investment properties. The 4 buildings, each with 16 to 17 apartments, were built in stages between 2016 and 2019, in cooperation with 2 investment partners.
The properties were designed for renting, with 1 or 2 bedrooms and American style kitchen in some cases with a terrace and private garden. The buildings were built with high quality technical content, with modern structural and mechanical solutions, so in addition to a high level of comfort, their operating costs are extremely low.
Our customers also used the furnishing and interior design part of our complex services, including the full preparation of the apartment for renting.
The properties are rented by foreign university students on an ongoing basis. Most of the apartments are rented, managed and operated by our company on behalf of our customers.

The neighbourhood
- The condominiums were built on Szigeti út, just a few minutes’ walk from the Medical University. The area is a frequented university district, with mostly newly built investment properties. There is also a café nearby, shops of several large food chains, fast food restaurants and pharmacies. Transport is also excellent with local bus services stopping right in front of the condominiums. The Clinical Centre is also a 10-minute walk away.
